Looking for my first TJ Wrangler in Europe! Need some expert buying advice (4.0L vs 2.5L, lifted, pricing)

Hi everyone!
I'm a 32yo female from Spain, and I've been a huge fan of massive, rugged cars for as long as I can remember. I've always been madly in love with the Jeep Wrangler, but I never dared to buy one as my first car due to the high fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Instead, I currently drive a 2021 Kia Sportage Black Edition, which I absolutely love as my daily driver.
However, that Jeep itch never went away. I’ve decided it’s finally time to get myself a weekend toy!
After some research, I'm targetting the Wrangler TJ (the one with the iconic round headlights, if I’m not mistaken). Since I want that classic, aggressive look, my plan is to lift it and put some big, chunky wheels on it.
Since I'm located in Europe, the market here seems a bit crazy and prices are all over the place. I would love some expert advice on what to look for:
The Engine: From what I've gathered, the 2.5L engine might feel underpowered, especially if I put huge tires on it. Should I completely rule out the 2.5L and go straight for the 4.0L inline-6? (Keep in mind I'll be doing some highway driving to visit my boyfriend).

Mileage & Reliability: What is considered a "high but safe" mileage for a well-maintained 4.0L TJ?

What to look out for: What are the absolute red flags when inspecting a TJ here in Europe? (Rust, frame issues, common leaks?).

Pricing: For a clean, mostly stock TJ in Europe to use as a blank canvas, what would you consider a reasonable price nowadays?

I’m not afraid to buy a stock one and do the building myself (paint, lift kit, wheels) or buy one that is already done, as long as it's fully legal/homologated.
Would love to hear your thoughts, tips, or experiences buying TJs in Europe. Thanks in advance! 🚙💨
