Towns to visit, activities to do near San Pedro del pinatar?

Hi all, off to San Pedro Del Pinatar for a week. We currently have Cartagena, Murcia and Terra Natura in our itinerary - looking for other suggestions. Will be using taxis. Family of 5.

Also, do most taxis tend to have child seats, and how much can we expect to spend per KM?
