Are there any Humans in Customer Service??

I have ordered from RA with great results in the past. I've even recommended them to people numerous times. Sad to say I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone anymore and will most likely never order again unless I'm desperate.

On May 19th I ordered 2 sets of brake pads, 4 rotors, and 7 quarts of CVT fluid. Like a lot of other people, it initially looked like they were all coming from "Warehouse A" in my cart, only to then at checkout be split into 3 shipments. I wasn't stoked but the price was still competitive so I went ahead with the order. 2 of the shipments got to me quite quickly and were good to go. However, the 3rd one, containing one set of pads and the CVT fluid, didn't move for at least a week. I submitted a ticket with Fedex to see what was going on and at the same time went through RA's claim process. I was told to wait until June 3rd before I could claim it as "Not Delivered."

Yesterday morning, June 2nd, I got email confirmation from FedEx that they had completed their investigation and that the package was confirmed by them to be lost. I emailed RA CS with a screenshot of that FedEx email attached. I got an automated response telling me that, rest assured, the carrier has the package and it could still get delivered so I needed to wait until June 3rd. I replied asking for a human to please look at the email to see the screenshot indicating otherwise. Got another canned response.

So, today, June 3rd, I go on to RA and click through all their options to indicate that I never received the package, only to be told I now need to wait until June 9th before they will consider sending a replacement shipment. I again responded to the CS email with the FedEx screenshot, begging for a human to please review it. Got yet another canned response about waiting until the 9th.

This is by far the stupidest CS experience I've ever had and I regret not choosing to get a refund over a replacement just so they don't get any more of my money. I really hope someone from RA corporate sees these posts and thinks seriously about how much their horrible CS is affecting their reputation.

Best Way to Repair Elbow?

Upon turning on my drip line after the winter, I noticed a huge wet area near a large decorative rock in my xeriscaping. I lifted the rock and found this elbow to be the culprit. I cant tell if its cracked or what but water sprays out super fast when I turn on the water. Im assuming some water got left behind in it when I winterized the lines and made it crack. Whats my best bet for repairing this?
