I know Arrow Video's support gets a lot of flack.

I wanted to share my experience. I bought The Killer on OrbitDVD, preorder. When I heard of the issue with the extended cut bluray I contacted Arrow Video via their contact form on their website. They promptly replied with an apology and asked for proof of purchase. Once I gave them the information they stated they would contact me again once the replacement had shipped. Today I got a notification that the disc will be shipped shortly.

All in all, a pretty good experience. I also had the same experience getting a replacement disc for the movie The Cell.

Anyway, I hope I'm not the exception here.

Hello! Does anyone have a suggestion for a personal trainer in or around Media? I tried contacting two in Media and never got a call back.

I can't find any reviews, or opinions, on playing the long game of Fire in the Lake, 1961-1975. Have any of you all played the long campaign?
