What's your warmup routine
I have been feeling stings in my ulna (I think it's tennis elbow) after chinups and a bit of knee pain while shifting and some shoulder and lowerback pain, I think I'm turning old (I'm 19) I think I'm doing basic conditioning wrong, or that I'm not warming up enough, earlier I just used to skip ropes and stretch and do 30 some seconds of light version of whatever I was about to do but it seems insufficient.
