It's the plastic part of front bumper driver side of a 2025 Hyundai Tucson.

I was wondering if there is an easy way to get rid of it?

They look like rust but it's not. When I rub my finger over it it's smooth. Will not come off no matter how many times I wash the car. I'm from NYC and we have subways with train tracks up above. I usually park under there. Could this be some residue from the trains?

I posted in another group and people are saying it's oxidation and to use wax and clay bar. Was hoping to get another opinion in this group. Any thoughts?

recently saw these stains on the car and it's only on this part of the car. Does anyone else have this type of stain on their cars?
