I've been using the ypsomed pump with the CamAPSFX system for one month now.
I am super happy as my GMI says my next Hba1c could be around 6% if I continue like this.
Based on your experience with the system, how promising do you think CamAPS Liberty is? I am very excited but also not sure whether I am missing something (obviously I miss experience with the system in general). Is there a hype around this? I don't see too many diabetics that excited :)

for the first time chat gpt told me it would give me the results to the prompt I gave it in about 24 so that the results turn out better.
I asked it to analyse a 160 page document based on certain conditions.
Will I actually receive results or is chatgpt simlpy talking bs because it cant finish the task?
So I have no transmitter connection. I do not receive any information on what to do from tve CamAPS FX app. I don't know when the time would come to switch the G6 sensor. Have been using the pump for 2 1/2 weeks. Any tips?

ich suche eine seriöse und faire Rohrreinigungsfirma in Duisburg oder der näheren Umgebung.
Wir haben in einem Mehrfamilienhaus als Eigentümer (Baujahr 1960) eine hartnäckige Verstopfung im Küchenabfluss. Bisher haben wir den Siphon gereinigt, eine 5-Meter-Handspirale verwendet und bereits einiges an schwarzem Schlamm herausbekommen. Leider ist die Verstopfung immer noch nicht beseitigt.
Vermutlich brauchen wir jetzt einen Betrieb mit einer motorisierten Rohrreinigungsspirale o.Ä.
Ich habe allerdings schon oft gehört, dass es in der Branche leider auch viele unseriöse Anbieter gibt, die mit Lockpreisen werben und am Ende mehrere hundert oder sogar über 1.000 € verlangen.
Daher meine Frage:
Kann jemand aus eigener Erfahrung eine ehrliche und zuverlässige Rohrreinigungsfirma in Duisburg, Oberhausen, Mülheim, Dinslaken, Essen oder Umgebung empfehlen?
Mich interessieren vor allem Betriebe, die faire und transparente Preise haben, keine unnötigen Zusatzleistungen verkaufen und saubere Arbeit leisten.
Falls ihr auch schreiben könnt, was ihr ungefähr bezahlt habt und was genau gemacht wurde, wäre das super hilfreich.

I started using the YpsoPump today together with the mylife loop system (CamAPS FX), and I’ve been on it for about 8 hours now.
I’m really excited to finally be using a hybrid closed-loop system, but I also have a few questions for those of you with more experience.
First of all: what are your best tips for getting the algorithm to work as well as possible? What are the biggest do’s and don’ts during the first days or weeks? Is there anything I should avoid doing while the system is still learning?
The thing that worries me is that I’ve already had three hypoglycemic episodes today. It seems like the system is giving me surprisingly large correction boluses. For example, I’ve seen correction boluses of up to 4 units of NovoRapid for what seemed like only about a 40 mg/dL rise in glucose. I also received more than 2 units of correction insulin while I was around 80 mg/dL, which honestly shocked me. Unsurprisingly, I ended up going low afterward.
Is this normal during the first day? Is the algorithm still “learning” how my body responds to insulin, or is there something else going on? I know CamAPS adapts over time, but these corrections seem much more aggressive than I expected.
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially from people using the YpsoPump + CamAPS FX combination.

I’ve got a Dexcom G6 and I’m currently using the mmol/L app on my iPhone. My sensor is already running, but I realized I’d much rather use the official mg/dL version of the app since I’ve used mg/dL my entire life and it’s much more intuitive for me.
My question is:
Has anyone successfully switched from the official mmol/L app to the official mg/dL app during an active sensor session?
Can the mg/dL app connect to the same transmitter and continue the existing session, or would I have to start a new sensor and lose my current session?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s actually tried this. Thanks!
