Bad printing?

So I ordered some of this proxyjack paper and printed out some cards on my Older inkjet printer. The print came out way darker than it should IMO and the ink smudged a lot even after sitting for like an hour. Is it printer? Printer settings? Do I need a newer printer? Is inkjet ok to use? Looking at a OfficeJet Pro 8135e because I can get one on clearance but if it yields the same results I don’t want to buy it.

Miku, Inquisitive Student

Couldn’t get the outline just the way I wanted it so I just left it off.

Miku of Two Reflections

I’m working on a [[Riku of Two Reflections]] deck and came across this Miku art and thought it was perfect for an alt art. I’m excited about the secret lair commander deck coming out. I hope I’m able to snag one. Also, am I the only one who loves this borderless style that (I think) the Final Fantasy: Through the Ages cards introduced? Ignore that line at the bottom peeking through. The bottom black bar was being a pain to line up. Plus it won’t show up when the bleed edge is cut off.

Decanter needs a reprint.

Bit of a missed opportunity if this or a similar card doesn’t show up in the new Star Trek set.

Also I love Decanter and would love to see a reprint.

I couldn’t find a decent art I liked for it so I made one. If you find a decent art that’s not AI let me know and I’ll change it.

Evil in the shadows?

Trying to identify a supernatural horror movie from one specific scene

I’ve been trying to remember a horror movie, and I can only remember one scene. I’m hoping someone recognizes it.

Here’s what I remember:

* It was a supernatural horror movie.
* I think this scene happens toward the end of the film.
* The protagonist goes to visit a relative (I think it was his sister, but I could be wrong—it was definitely a close family member).
* The relative is living in some kind of psychiatric hospital or institution (possibly another type of secure facility).
* Their room is completely illuminated—I remember there being no shadows anywhere. I can’t remember if it was fluorescent panels, lights built into the walls, or just an insane number of lights, but the entire room was bright.
* The reason for all the light was that something evil lived in the shadows. I don’t remember what the creature/entity was.
* The relative doesn’t want to leave the room because it’s the only safe place, but I think they’re eventually forced to leave for some reason.

Things I’m not sure about:

* Whether it was actually a brother visiting his sister.
* Whether it was a psychiatric hospital or another type of institution.
* Exactly how the room was lit.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Future Commanders?

Anybody else have a backlog of commanders you brewed online and just got the commanders for in case you ever want to actually build the deck? (Some of these are for PDH decks)

Full Art Alela

I wanted a full art version of this card so I had ChatGPT make some new art. Turned out better than I thought it would. Didn’t have to ask for any changes. Then I used Card Conjurer to make the card. I love the through the ages frame so I tend to use it for all full arts I make.

I don’t care about all the anti-AI opinions so don’t bother commenting. I know that, even tho I say this, someone will still say something. Enjoy this full art, or don’t.

Before and After

A little before and after console porn. This has always been one of my favorite parts of the hobby. Bringing old consoles back to life and cleaning them up.
