I am a 26-year-old male from Egypt. I will be moving to Vienna soon to start my Master’s degree at the University of Vienna insha’Allah. I am committed to my religion. I pray regularly and try to stay consistent with the Qur’an. I also try to lower my gaze and avoid what is forbidden as much as possible. I speak Arabic, English, and German. I am calm and responsible. I value learning and stability in life. I also have the intention to look for a halal marriage in the near future insha’Allah.

My questions are: How is the social life for Muslims in Vienna for someone new? How easy is it to integrate and build friendships while staying committed to religious values? Are there natural and respectful ways to meet serious people for marriage in a European environment? Any practical advice for adapting to life there would be appreciated.
