Need health advice with friends bearded dragon

I have consent from said friend to post this. She got this dragon (Big Mama female 4yo) back in winter from someone who had been taking inadequate care of her. I’m talking substrate infested with bugs that hadn’t been touched in years. After taking her home and setting her up with a simple enclosure she’s been having a difficult time accepting any vegetables and she’s barely been pooping. She’s also incredibly lethargic and has a lump on the side of her tail. My friend brought her to the vet a week ago but they didn’t give her any solid care advice and she’s currently saving up to get bloodwork done. She really cares about this dragon and we could really use any advice you have to offer. We are aware that she’s under weight and are trying to get her to eat. She will eat bugs but we don’t want that to be her only food intake

On a scale of 1-10 how screwed am I?

I just graduated high school and this is my first car and I’m honestly broke and hoping this won’t put me into debt.

The car is a 2015 Nissan Rouge with around 100,000 miles.

It happened when I hit a rut backing out of my driveway. I can add more pictures or information if needed. I just could really use any sort of advice right now
