Finally went to the doctor today due to a head pain I have been having sporadically for the past 2 years. I’m a 25 year old female who previously has no history of reoccurring headaches and would say I’ve never had a migraine. I went to an orthopedic doctor today thinking this was related to my trap muscle on one side (this weird head pain is ONLY on my left side and I can feel it run down my neck and into my trap muscle). After researching cluster migraines it does sound similar, I was just so surprised to hear this is a migraine after all since I’ve never had headaches/migraines like this in the past. This all seemed to start randomly 2 years ago. My mom and little sister suffer from migraines badly, but has anyone been diagnosed with cluster migraines out of the blue? I definitely questioned this diagnosis at first, I’m just a little dumb founded now I guess.

I was provided with the Inman review through my university and I have purchased pocket prep. I am really trying to avoid purchasing anything very pricey (such as all access). I have just been doing practice questions for 2-3 hours a day and listening to the chomp down podcast. I won’t be taking the exam until Jan-Feb 2027. Can anyone provide guidance or feedback to my studying? I feel like I’m not actually “studying” I’m just doing practice questions and listening to the podcast, does anyone have a good idea if this is enough? 😅😭

We booked the shuttle to hike in Haena and I read online that we may be able to get a refund due to Hawaii suspending the shuttles because of the hurricane. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund for something like this? Do I need to contact them?

We are staying in an Airbnb down the street from the one hotel and want to try the breakfast buffet tomorrow but I see there is a guard station to control access to the hotel, are we still able to go to the breakfast buffet if we’re not hotel guests? Do we just tell the guards that we are going to the breakfast? (We will be walking)

We have a 3 hr layover in Denver we land at 9 am, I see there’s a Native Roots dispo like 10 minutes from the Denver airport. Is this enough time to get there and back in time for our flight? We only want edibles

I finish my dietetic internship rotations in September but I don’t graduate with my masters degree until this December so I have a weird period of time where I’m not able to sit for the RD exam yet, does anyone have any suggestions for work since I won’t be credentialed? After not being paid for weeks during the internship I will be itching for a job. WIC has been suggested a lot but curious is anyone has other ideas?
