Why do comments under pins are just complete nonsense or people just talking to talk or unapologetically hateful POVs?

Examples are comments under a whisper or (serious) topic discussion and it's just some complete nonsense or hate

Also, what's with the "mom im famous" under every single comment that has billions of clicks???

Is it just teens saying something they'll cringe about and regret or??
