Opinions on buying a new iPad Pro m4 to replace the m1 iPad Pro? (Read desc)

Upgrading to a iPad Pro m1 to m4 iPad Pro might sound dumb but my iPad Pro m1 has lots of issues, there are pressurized/stuck pixels on the left and right side and sometimes they aren’t responsive and there’s a yellow tint in the corner. Also the battery is 76% (I used coconut battery) and it lasts around 3 hours. For me I need a good battery cuz I go to high school and I really need good battery.Repairing it would also cost too much and also it’s a 128 gb model and I am out of storage so it would make more sense to upgrade. I would also like to get the m4 because I do not like iPadOS 26 and any sealed iPad Pro m4 would come with either iPadOS 17 or 18. Let me know if that’s a good choice and let me know if the iPad Pro m4 will come with iPadOS 17 or 18 if sealed.

White/Black bar and Face ID padlock tweak on home button iPd (7th gen)

I would like to get these 2 on my iPad 7th gen running iOS 15.4.1 rootless. If there’s any tweak that enables this please let me know. If there’s any rootful tweak which can only enable this then please let me know. I tried GestureVX but it doesn’t show the bar even after configuring it to show the bar on apps. As I think it’s only optimized for Home button iPhones.

I know everyone says "dont get intel macs they have loud fans and are much slower than apple silicon" but for my purpose its diffrent. I would like to have macos mojave as it is the last macos with 32 bit app support and i would also like to boot other os other than macos and why not just buy a windows laptop insted? well i like the touchbar and the design of the macbook pro. i dont game much and if it can handle light gaming fine then i would be happy. so id like to ask if its worth it for my purpose. heres the model: a1990
