Do I agree to a reading at my Grandma's funeral?

My Dad has asked me to read a poem my Grandma wrote at her funeral. I really don't want to do it as I am terrified of public speaking, and some of the attendees have been horrible to me in the past. My mum says I have to agree to do it. What should I do? If I say no, how do I phrase it nicely?

tldr: should I agree to a funeral reading that I dont want to do?

I'm considering moving to Nottingham from Bristol for work and was wondering what the social scene is like? I'm a 25 year old woman.

I currently attend a social group for people in their 20s-30s (walks, drinks, bowling, board games, craft and cookery classes, theatre trips, etc) and am wondering if there is anything similar in Nottingham? I'd also be keen to join a tennis club.

I know there are lots of students, but are there also many young professionals in the area?

Sorry, I don't know much about Nottingham as I've only been once about 10 years ago!
