Hi. I have always a problem during my long runs with bad blisters on arches, closer to toes. Vaseline, socks, nothing works. Some time ago I went to a professional shop with my old shoes, and based on the pattern and my weight (90kg), I was recommended brooks ghost max with a lot of cushioning (on the photos).

But looking at my photos from last HM I'm really overpronating a lot in these soft shoes, hence the blisters. Do you think it's this really a problem here? This time bonus - three black toenails.

Does anyone has any tips? Should i buy next shoes with less cushion? Maybe stabilized? But to be honest, I don't want to commit to these because my knees are fine now. Any recommendations? I'm heavy and i have a history with some knee pains
