Hi I have pigmentation on my face, neck and dec. Face is pretty good but keen to know if potential treatments for neck and Dec. I have been recommended skin needling, bbl and prx peels. I’d love to freshen up my tired dull skin.

Gym recommendations for 40+ F. I have moved to Nambour and keen to join a gym with a great social vibe. Current one has too few classes and I really miss training with a great group. Love lifting heavy and cardio but nothing too intense as I’m too old 🤣🤣🤣
