Extreme Postal 2 lag after reboot

Postal 2 seems to lag every time when i reboot my pc, and the only thing that helps is a clean installation from steam. (Deleting the game files and reinstalling the game from steam)

Are there any methods to fix this?

Did you know that over 1,3 billion people saw Postal 2?

I think the Manhunt series deserves a Re-release or a Remaster

Many people just want to experience both games without patches and sketchy downloads, and Rockstar has a lot of reason to Re-release or Remaster these legendary titles.

Rockstar gets a lot of hate from Manhunt fans everyday about the broken Manhunt 1 port and Manhunt 2's availability on modern digital platforms.

Amd Software: Adrenalin Edition Randomly closes

Sometimes while playing games or just simply using my computer and check the system tray, the Amd Software is not there. And i have to manually restart the Software myself. And while this is happening my pc still runs fine and doesn't show an error, has anyone else experienced this?

Extra thing: The Amd Install Manager is still there.
