Which of these countries(latvia, lithunia, slovokia or czechia) are better for mbbs, as later I wanna do my residnecy in germnay. I need the country which provides good quality of education, good recognition for germnay pathway and not too expensive. I heard czechian medical schools ar ekina stressful.. Still I need your opinion..

Basically I am planning to do my mbbs from romania. And later md from germany. I needed info regarding good univeristies with cheapest turion fees, also providing good quality of education for mbbs in romania. I heard profs from many of the universities in romania tend to skip the lectures making students study from the PowerPoint presentations or books provided by the uni. Hence, I need the uni with decent quality of professors.
My preferred ones are
