I'm trying to manual do a pixel refresh but I'm stuck on "Display Info" with no way to go the previous menu

Started watching a movie last night and noticed at the very start on a black screen that there were two grayish boxes on the screen. It looked like maybe burn in from Youtube since one box was large rectangle, and to the right of it there was a vertical bar, like the next list of videos to be played if you're watching a Youtube video. I closed out of Potplayer and made my background solid black and didn't see the gray boxes. I decided to try VLC and the boxes don't appear when I use it, only when I try with Potplayer.

Anyone else experience something similar?

Gets kind of confusing when someone mentions the shattering because are they referring to the actual shattering of the Elden Ring or the war after it was shattered

So I'm still fairly new to 40k, started reading the Horus Heresy and I got to the end of the First Heretic and my mind is blown by the revelation that chaos space marines can actually somewhat return to "normal". Argel Tal seemed like he was completely changed over to a demon but he and others in the Legion were able to revert back. Given that this is early into the Heresy I'm wondering if this is just a temporary thing? Are 40k chaos marines stuck in their demonic forms?

Is there some trick to getting this to work? I connected my Pixel to my pc via usb and set it to file transfer mode. Then I can see my Pixel on my PC but dragging and dropping doesn't do anything
