Does anyone else struggle with talking naturally in conversations?

Does anyone else struggle with talking naturally in conversations?

Not necessarily because you dislike people, but because your mind either

*Overthinking conversations;
*Not knowing what to say in social situations;
*Feeling awkward in conversations;
*Fear of saying the wrong thing; and
*Getting mentally exhausted around people

I've noticed this seems especially common among introverts with social anxiety.

Sometimes it feels like conversations become performances instead of something natural.

Curious if others experience this too.

What's the hardest part of socializing for you personally?

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬. 𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐟𝐮𝐥?

Lately, I've been thinking about writing a book for introverts with social anxiety.

Not one of those "just be confident" type of books.

But more like, "How to talk to people naturally without pretending to be extroverted."

Topics can include things like, but not limited to:

  1. Overthinking conversations;

  2. Not knowing what to say in social situations;

  3. Feeling awkward in conversations;

  4. Fear of saying the wrong thing; and

  5. Getting mentally exhausted around people

Basically, it's a calm, pressure-free communication guide for quiet people.

I honestly don't know if people would actually find this helpful, so I wanted to ask first before spending time writing it.

If this book were to exist, do you think it would be helpful?

▲ 1 r/Stress

I don't know who needs to hear this, but not all stress needs therapy.

Some of us are just tired of work, mentally drained every day, and honestly just need something that helps us calm down and function again.

Lately, I've been working on a simple resource for fulltime employees or working professionals who feel overwhelmed by workplace stress but haven't sought or aren't ready for therapy or professional mental health support.

It's nothing complicated, but just practical stuff that somebody who needs it can actually use daily.

I'm still deciding if I should continue this project, finish and release this.

So I wanna ask, "Would something like this actually help a person struggling with stress and anxiety right now?"

If yes, let me know by dropping a comment “Finish the Project”.

If it obtains at least 20 affirmative comments, I'll proceed.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I'm interested in starting a TikTok Affiliate Shop but just don't wanna know how to start and how to actually do it.

Is anybody here wants to mentor me? You can send me a message.
