This is the Reddit Australian Community AMA Video Podcast Channel (Australia Asks) on YouTube. Every episode we will be interviewing different federal parliamentarians, using questions from an AMA thread. This is where you get to ask the federal politicians the questions that are important to you.

This will be the first in a new format for our AMAs. The thread will be posted at midday AEST on Monday 18 May, and you can still post your questions, the same as usual. However, Andrew won't be answering straight away.

Instead, we will be recording a video podcast with Andrew on Tuesday 19 May, where we will ask him the questions on your behalf. This podcast will then be posted on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm AEST.

Please do not ask questions in this thread - they won't be answered right now. Save them for the AMA thread on 18 May. Comments are welcome.
