Incase there is a way and i shift to csab, will my 30000 be refundable if I don't get a good seat even in csab and want to withdraw?

Installed linux mint yesterday. Downloaded cheese to capture pics and vids but the video recording couldn't record any audio and there wasn't any options in preferences to toggle it.
I used webcamoid. The audio was fine for the most part but it kept cutting the audio off the final few seconds of the videos.
Gnome snapshot too was unable to record any audio in the video
I fiddled with PAVU but nothing worked
What could be the issue? I've updated all drivers and codecs
It happens for both pop and imap. I enable it but it disables again after reloading the page. Any idea why this is happening? Is it a new account tantrum?
