Trauma ortho rep. Questions

Hey Im looking to switch out of Synthes-Trauma. I literally dont know any next steps. If anyone can point me in the right direction. The on call schedule is getting to me, I would like to hear your story because Im the "new grad who was eager" now im realizing it is not what I thought it was going to be. Almost 2 years in and there hasn't been a steady month, im realizing there is always turnover and problems out of my control here.

Brakes squealing on 2023 GMC nothing wrong with rotors or brake pads

My brakes are squeaking on my 2023 GMC Canyon took it to two places. They both said that the brakes and rotors are fine and they don't know what they could do to stop the sound. I've only had it for seven months and they just started squealing recently not when you're cruising through a parking lot but coming off a highway or slowing down at fast speeds. I'm not saying, slamming on the brakes just slowing down at a faster pace. Anyone know what this could be? The first place that it could be something with the pads being made out of ceramic or something anyways very annoying.

Synthes trauma rep, has anyone switched successfully?

Hello everyone, I’m 23 years old and graduated college about a year ago. I landed a role as a Clinical Sales Specialist with Depuy synthes and have been doing it for about 10 months now.

The experience has definitely taught me a lot, but the work-life balance is rough. I can deal with it for now because I’m still young, but I genuinely don’t see this being sustainable long term. It’s not really just a “job” its your entire life.

I know this role can open doors, but I’ve also read mixed things online. I’m curious if anyone here has successfully transitioned out of med device/trauma support into another career with better balance while still making good money. Did this role actually help open doors for you? What paths did you take afterward?

Im 23 y/o dude and my hair line is receding. Any advice?

I'm 23 headlines pushing back when I left my hair up you could probably fit a quarter on the corners. I don't wanna be bald. I probably got until 26 or 27 until I'm gonna let it go but until then does anyone know how to either slow this down or reverse it. I know its inevitable unfortunately, I just wanna keep it for as long as i can. No silver dollar just the corners are pushing back but it has moved back more this year as I have a job that can be quite stressful.

If anyone has experienced this and made progress please feel free to comment!
