Anyone else notice a difference after trying a GLP-1 Probiotic for gut stuff?

Hey guys, 38M here. Been lifting consistently but the last year or so my digestion has been trash, random bloating after meals, energy crashes in the afternoon, and those constant cravings that kill any cut I'm trying. Figured it was just "getting older" until I started reading about how the gut microbiome affects everything from metabolism to how full you actually feel. Tried GLP-1 Probiotic with Akkermansia muciniphila and a couple other strains. It's not your basic probiotic, focuses more on strengthening the gut lining and supporting those natural signals that help with appetite and blood sugar.

After about 3 weeks:

  • Bloating way down
  • Staying full longer without forcing it
  • Morning energy feels steadier (sleep seems deeper too)

Not a miracle, but solid enough that I'm sticking with it. Has anyone else messed around with Akkermansia or next-gen microbiome stuff?

Would love real experiences, not just sales talk. Thanks bros.

I’ve been using EU9.Asia for about a month now for both casino games and sports betting. Here’s my balanced take:

What I liked:

  • The game library is quite large with a good mix of popular slots, table games, and live dealers.
  • Sports betting covers most major leagues and events with competitive odds.
  • The site runs smoothly on mobile and feels well-designed overall.

What I didn’t like:

  • First withdrawal took almost 4 days to process, which was longer than expected.
  • Customer support response times vary a lot, quick sometimes, very slow other times.
  • Occasional lag in a few live games during busy hours.

Overall, is a decent, functional platform for online gambling. It gets the job done, i’d recommend starting with small deposits and testing everything (especially withdrawals) before going bigger.

One thing I didn’t fully think through before going remote was how weird income feels when it’s not stable. Some months are great, others are slow, but expenses (rent, flights, etc.) are still there

Right now I’m kind of winging it, which is probably not ideal.

Do you:

  • keep a fixed buffer (like X months of expenses)
  • adjust your location based on income
  • or just accept the ups and downs?

Would be helpful to hear how others manage this.

I'm planning a summer road trip from Vancouver to Calgary, and I'm thinking about driving an electric vehicle to soak in the mountain views. I've heard that climbing the Coquihalla and going through Rogers Pass can really mess with your battery life because of the steep climbs. I'm a bit worried about getting stuck between Revelstoke and Golden if the battery drain is as bad as people say. I found a few Tesla Model Y and Long Range options on Turo for about $70 CAD a day, which seems like a solid deal compared to renting from the airport. Has anyone used one of these for a long trip in the mountains before? I'm wondering if the hosts usually provide CCS adapters for non-Tesla chargers or if I need to find a specific model myself. Also, how much extra time should I plan for charging stops when crossing the Rockies?

I'm trying to rent a supercar, like a Lambo or Ferrari, for a weekend trip, but those specialized agencies have crazy prices. They ask for huge security deposits and have tons of fine print that make me nervous about hidden fees. I’ve been checking out Turo as an alternative since I can see the exact car and read reviews from people who have actually driven it. I found a Lamborghini Huracan for about $600 a day, which is way cheaper than the fancy shops I found online. Has anyone switched from high-end agencies to using an app for exotic rentals? I’m wondering if the insurance coverage is just as good or if there’s something I’m missing when renting such an expensive car from a private owner.
