
Anyone Else Get the "We'll Refund You" Offer Email?
Received this email from my sub that was received at TAG on 2/20 and has sat in "verification" since 4/15/26. I have been messaging once every 2 weeks to ask for an update as they repeatedly missed deadlines which they previously told me. My submission was a small 5 card lot at the Standard rate (not even bulk).
It's very tempting to just take the refund if they will ship the cards back fully insured to the listed card values. I really wanted to use TAG more but how they've handled their customer service during this ordeal isn't worth supporting.
If they are at triple the processing time of what they were "estimating", they should have stopped taking Bulk and Standard submissions a month ago. Hell, I would say stop taking any submissions if you're this back logged. Do right by the folks who *have already paid you* for your service.
