Best gym in Udupi for students with reasonable fees?

19M here. I’ve had severe acne since I was 13.
I need some help with my skin. My face stays red most of the time, and the first thing people notice about me is the redness. I also get acne on my forehead. My dandruff just won’t go away even though I’m using ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione, and I also have really large pores on my face.
It’s honestly affecting my confidence a lot. I’m not sure what to do anymore. Has anyone dealt with something similar or found something that actually works?
