Hey everyone, I’m looking for a vegetarian flatmate to occupy a single room in a semi-furnished 2BHK flat near RT Nagar.
Location & Connectivity
It's located right near Mamatha High School, just a short walk from the main RT Nagar road (so all the major food joints, cafes, and shopping spots are right there). It’s also super well-connected and easy to commute to Hebbal, HBR Layout, Sanjay Nagar, Vasant Nagar, Benson Town, and Manyata Tech Park.
Room & Flat Details
Availability: Ready for immediate move-in.
The Room: A private single room in a 2BHK setup.
The Area: Very clean, safe, and peaceful residential neighborhood. Ideal for working professionals.
Amenities & Setup
We have a fridge, washing machine, and RO water purifier already set up.
For the appliance setup, there's a one-time contribution of ₹6,000. Alternatively, if you prefer not to pay upfront, you can just pitch in for a monthly rental fee for them.
House Help: We haven't hired a maid yet, but we can absolutely get one for cleaning and utensils if needed.
Utilities: Water is completely free (we have both Kaveri and borewell/submersible water). Electricity is also free up to 74 units a month.
Parking: There is shaded two-wheeler parking available. Four wheeler can be arranged.
Rent & Deposit
Rent: ₹13,000 / month
Security Deposit: ₹50,000 (one-time, to be paid directly to the owner)
