I need help with a housing disrepair case, a Homes Act claim and disability discrimination

The Housing Ombudsman has already issued a triple maladministration finding against the landlord, but they refused to consider the most serious parts of my case, including habitability, disability needs, heating/hot water loss, mould, suitability, and personal injury.

I have lived in unsafe and unfit housing, including structural instability, damp and mould, sewage smells - i was left like this for over a year. My son also had breathing issues in this home that culminated in him being on the high dependency ward - these have all disappeared now we have moved.

As part of this complaint i was moved to another property. It had unsafe flooring that caused injury to my daughter. I was also moved into unsuitable accommodation and left six months without disability adaptations or hot water and heating for 2 months.

The housing assosiation then charged me two lots of rent, even though they said they wouldnt, and backtracked on a rent refund they said they would give me as resolution initially.

Most no win no fee solicitors say they cannot help me as i have moved from the first property - but i have all the evidence. As i say, its validated by the housing ombudsman findings too.

I just need to know where i stand legally, and if anyone knows any firms would could help.

I think she is brilliant. She picks people who are clearly very intelligent, or an expert in their field, to subject them to her stupidity. Sometimes you wonder why these people don't realise she is taking the piss?

Which leads me to my question...

I theorise, these people, who are of high intelligence, have got that used to living among idiots that they see everyone as that ill informed or idiotic, that they have learnt to speak to adults like they are children. Showing the most restraint not to say, "stop being stupid" 😅
