Keep seeing a lot of stuff about black seed oil has it helped you?

Iv spent lots of money on different herbs and creams so im abit skeptical

I had my pre molars removed for braces

It’s day six now and I’m still in pain having to take painkillers every 4 hours and being woken up by the pain at 4am when painkillers wear off, is this normal or does it look like dry socket?
