Hi! Does anyone worked in relation to what the title says? If yes, what tools or formulas or even system you had practice sa excel or other free software to make things easier such as

1. When to know the time to replenish or refill
2. Knowing the critical stocks

And more.. any advices or experiences will be so helpful since im a fresh grad and is learning about this as it also is my responsibility. Im from ecommerce department:(

In context, im a fresh grad from the yellow school major in marketing, i have a latin honor and great leadership experience. A lot of people also see my potential even my bosses sa internship.

I have been applying for a month now and usually the companies Id like to go like Shopee, Banks etc hindi ako binabalikan even with my great credentials. Right now i have a job offer, pero medyo magulo yung offer letter nila saakin. Walang breakdown of benefits and base salary na makukuha ko. Mababa din yung salary and take home pay ko around 9k lang per cut off. Yung office environment din is like a warehouse type and not typical corporate office na gusto ko. Ayoko din muna kasi mag Makati or BGC since medyo malayo yung distance from my house.

At the same time, nauubos na din kasi saving ko lately and wanted to earn na din. Pero natatakot lang ako na since fresh grad, akala nila wala akong alam regarding sa compensation and benefits kaya di ko alam if bakit once signed na ung JO Letter ko eh dun pa lang nila ibibigay yung specific contract of salary, benefits and terms nila.

I actually dont know what to do. Do i follow my potential due to my background ( from big 4 uni, latin honor, leadership experience, adaptable) and pursue something i deserve or proceed with this small company and grow from it muna?
