hello I am a special ed teacher year finishing year 5 (7 years para before that). I have my masters I am making lees than what the chart says I should be making but that's a separate doe hr call for another day.

anyway I should've started my 30 plus two years ago when I finished my masters but ok here we are. I called the union to ask which program to do the 30 plus in. they said ASPDP but didn't say anything about teach kids learn which some of my co workers did it with, I want the cheapest fastest route, I am very smart im not worried about the work, I just want to up my salary as soon as possible to see if one day I can approve for a 100 year mortgage with a 90% interest rate the american dream idc I still want it even though they're trying to price me out of it.

any suggestions or pros vs cons or previous postings answering this that I may have missed? thank you I appreciate it sincerely a single mom of two teaching my spectrum 12 best friends how to to read and subtract and breathe

I miss posting. I miss following people. I hate the same stupid notifications that won’t go away. got suspended about two months ago. No explanation no email leep appealing nothing. So sad. I don’t want to make a new one I’ll never remember all the peoples names I follow
