I've noticed for the last few days people who pay with credit cards or their phone are getting a green screen but people who try and use omny card are getting the red screen. Neq problem with the cubixs? Edit: this is regular buses i rake daily Also it's not every Omni card but maybe two out of three are getting the red screen.
So I'm on the bus coming home from work today just like every other day for the past 10 years. The bus is kind of empty for a rush hour and I'm sitting where I have a direct view of the rear door. I see two people especially who get on without paying. Sure enough a few stops later it comes to the usual stop where Eagle team might be and there they are. These two people get off the bus first walk right by the eagle team people asking them to stop and just keep on going. Then Eagle team gets on the bus and end up giving this mother and her kid a hard time who I could hear her saying she got off the subway and her transfer didn't work. This is just sad letting what looked like obviously serial nonpayers go to give a hard time to a mother with her child. It's really an embarrassment New York City MTA. you need to do better. Either everyone pays or no one pays.
Not sure how I want to proceed here. I had a first-time guest (I have been doing this for 15 years and have mostly repeat guests) who left a pretty big stain on the duvet and it seaped into the comforter. They didn't at all communicate this, so the cleaner found it when they came to do the turn. They also didn't put any laundry in the washer, which is part of the House rules. This always annoys the cleaner because there's a lot to do and washing and drying takes a long time, and the cleaner needs to do multiple loads (house is always super clean, all sheets and towels and pillow cases changed and washed). Ultimately, the stain came out with extra cleaning, but it was still a notable incident.
To me, that's four stars in communication four stars on house rules and overall four stars. But typically, if I can't leave a guest a five-star review, I just don't leave any review at all. But now I see they reviewed the house, so I don't know what they had to say. If they hadn't reviewed the house, I wouldn't have thought about it again since the stain came out and just wouldn't have left them a review. What do y'all say?
I swiped omny this morning got a green on the screen, but according to enforcement, I didn't pay since yesterday. Went home and checked omny website and it doesn't show a fare this morning. I take the bus every day and always swipe. I always wait for the green go or the go chime. Im livid. Sign me up for a class action suit.
