Nord 5 to 13r

Hey everyone, I’m in a bit of a dilemma. I just bought the OnePlus Nord 5 on April 10th for ₹31k (due to the market price hikes). It’s been exactly one month, and while it's a solid phone, I have some regrets.

My main priority is cameras, specifically a telephoto sensor.

I previously skipped the 4a because of the 7s Gen 4 chipset.

I went with the Nord 5 over the Nord 6 because I felt the Nord 6 camera was a downgrade.

However, I’m really missing that dedicated zoom lens.

With the Amazon Summer Sale, I can get the OnePlus 13R for ~₹35k using card offers and exchange.

My concerns:

Is the 13R’s 50MP telephoto is worth the extra ₹8-10k loss I'll take on the resale/exchange?

How does the 13R's performance (8 Gen 3) and camera processing compare to the Nord 5 (8s Gen 3) in real-world usage?

Is the lack of a higher IP rating on the 13R a deal breaker for long-term use?

Should I sell the Nord 5 while the value is still high and "upgrade," or just settle with what I have?

Nord 5 to 13r

Exactly 30 days into owning the Nord 5 (bought for ₹31k), and I'm already looking at the 13R for ₹35k in the current sale.

I’m a camera-first user. I chose the Nord 5 for the primary sensor, but I’m really feeling the lack of a telephoto lens that the 13R offers.

Current specs I'm weighing:

Nord 5: 8s Gen 3, great battery, but digital zoom only.

13R: 8 Gen 3, 50MP Telephoto, better ISP.

If you’ve used both, is the camera output on the 13R significantly better enough to justify the hassle of selling a month-old phone? Help me stop overthinking this!

FOMO For a killer deal

Guys I purchased ONEPLUS NORD 5,.Last month, at 31k, but after getting the price of vivo x200t in 45k and 51k for 512 gb seems too good to leave, now thinking that I should go for vivo x200t...

What should I do, my use case is enough for the OnePlus nord 5, but after the update, the SOT Drops and heating issues as well, it doesn't seem like 6800 mah battery anymore, it feels like more of 5500 mah... And after the Realme/oneplus merger, The value also seems to go off.. as well...

How's that? Ft vivo x200t 512gb

So, the 10k offer is gone on 512gb, I just purchased oneplus nord 5 last month under 30k, but this deal was the killer one, was thinking to sell nord 5 and buy this, but Nord 5 is also a great device, the thing is my use case for x200t was not much, and nord 5 is sufficient for day to day tasks and lite gaming with overall good camera,

The thing is 'mujhe thoda sa regret ho rha hai' that I lost a great deal, what are your opinions on this guys?
