Found this is a box of bulk I was sorting. Is this too much ink or a moldy card I should throw away?

Looking for help around these red spots appearing on my neck!

I have some other singular spots on my torso but this is the largest!

Any help is amazing! My wife has no symptoms but we do watch dogs through an app!

I’m hoping they are not bed bugs but I need to ask! I live in Ohio if that’s helpful.

The flower tattoos on my arm are a collection of flowers for those that I’ve lost in my life and all of this strong and powerful women in my life. I’m looking for a way to tie the entire design together and willing to go down to the elbow to do so.

The blue rose was my very first and done by an amazing artist that no longer tattoos, hence the design difference.

I’ve thought a lot about mother nature motives, but I don’t like the idea of a person’s face and was curious if anybody else had any other ideas for a beautiful way to tie together this tribute piece!

All ideas are welcome and I’ve provided photos of everything done so far. Thank you in advance!
