I have a series of questions that I would like to ask regarding rosacea and pillow cases. I appreciate all of you. Reading your posts has really helped. I don’t feel alone. Thank you for sharing.
1). Is it possible that dirty pillow cases could carry mites which are triggering my rosacea ?
2). Do you have a preferred brand of pillow cases that you utilize ? Ideally something light, breathable, and easy to wash.
3). How often are you changing/washing your pillow cases ?
For sale on Facebook marketplace. I know to be 100% sure they would need to be tested. But what do you think based solely at visuals.
