Last Camping trip of the season...
It's that time of the year, we are on our last camping trip of the season and of course it is kinda sad. But good news! Goose is having a blast! Can't wait til our next camping trip in 2027!

It's that sad time of the year for me when I have to start thinking about winterizing the trailer. This year though it's a new trailer. Earlier in the summer we bought a brand new Apex Nano 190 RBS, and we love it. So far only a few trips are in, but it's almost everything we wanted in a new trailer.
No here's my gripe... I pulled open the panel to look for the water pump and find the line for me to winterize and what do I see.... A giant mess of cables, wiring and hose, all jammed into a tiny space under the fridge.
Now I know space is limited in trailers, and the build quality can be iffy at times, but this is bad. At least take the extra few minutes to pin the wires up, use cable wrap, just do something to make it cleaner, and also safer. I just worry about if I spring a leak, it's going straight into the back of my power centre and I'm looking at a big bill to fix it all.
Ugh... I guess I have a fall/winter project on my hands to clean it up myself. Hopefully there is enough excess In there for me to do it.
Also see if you can find the pump. It's in there, somewhere....
Cat photos just for the fun of it from our last trip.
Just sharing my boy Goose in his Backpack on our last hiking adventure in Temagami. Looking forward to the next trip.
Hey all, so the wife and I bought ourselves a brand new Apex Nano 190RBS. We are looking at the things we want to do to improve and protect our purchase.
The first big thing we are going to look at is doing windshield PPF for the front window at the very least, but we are looking at doing the whole nose cone.
The other thing we are looking at is to PPF the Glass entry door, but we aren't sure if we really need to. Are the Glass doors prone to problems like chips or cracks from road debris?
Any thoughts or other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
So I Have a 2024 Sierra 1500 pro. I am looking for a set of fog lights that use the existing location on the front bumper. I was hoping to use the Upfitter kit that I got with the truck to wire in the lights since I don't have the factory fog light switch on the dash that you get with higher trim levels. The biggest thing is I just don't want to go through having the BCM flashed if I don't have to.
Any suggestions on lights to look at or should I just look at getting the OEM?
It's time for my Dad to get himself a new mower. Currently he has an old Craftsman HST Lawn tractor. While we don't have that much grass to cut, only about 1.5 acres. I really want to look at a small out front mower, and it doesn't have to be new. I'm not really sure what's out there as a smaller size and not a full on commercial mower. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for? I've really only looked on Marketbook, but not sure what to put in the search function. Thanks for any help and insights!
Edit to add - I'm in Canada, and I'm talking about Front mount mowers that can go under trees, fences, etc..
So it's that time. I'm looking to make a change. My 2011 North Country is showing its age and is just not what the wife and I want anymore.

We just looked at a new IBEX 19QRB and the 20MKB.

Love both floor plans, but a little sticker shocked by them at both around 50K CAD.

Any suggestions on similar floor plans for cheaper? We are struggling to find anything used.
Hey there, so I started having problems with my pixel 7a and sudden battery drain. It started as 30ish percent to 0 and then eventually was 60% to 70% and sudden drop to 0%.
I ended up submitting a claim with Google and managed to get a credit for a new phone. Timing hit perfect and managed to get a 10a just after drop and got a good price with an extra credit to spend later.
Anyways I am wondering if it's worth replacing the battery, and giving the phone to my dad, he's using an old Motorola G7.
Will replacing the battery even fix the problem or is it something else in the hardware or software.?
