Loose skin sores

Anyone have a good suggestion for what to put under loose skin . I lost 61 pounds in a few months ( started at 609 smh ) . But my wife noticed a bad rash under some skin on my belly yesterday . I’ve been walking and lifting so I don’t know if it’s more sweaty than normal ( sorry for gross visions ) . What does everyone use ?

Cost of losing

As a family on a tight income , losing weight is a struggle financially. Seems like protein , veggies , protein powder and stuff is so expensive in last few months . Managing but damn is it a struggle .

Need to be better ! Time is now

I started Tirzepatide on March 17th weighing in at a embarrassing 609 pounds . Backstory is 8 years ago I had a bad bout with sepsis that nearly took my leg and had doctors telling us I probably wasn’t going to make it . I survived luckily but my leg was so bad I couldn’t work physically and I gained over 300 pounds in 8 years and just gave up . I finally realized I was being a bad father and had to change for my kids who luckily knew I loved them and was capable of better .

Now as of today , I lost 61 pounds in about 2 months. I’m walking about 3000-5000 steps a day , I’m lifting weights every day . I’ve been watching what foods I put into my body when I do eat and just enjoying the journey . I’m only on 5MG ( on my 3rd shot later today of 5MG) .

42 year old man who’s goal is to get into a 4x shirt by end of Year .

If anyone wants to chat as a support system for one another feel free to message me . I’m new to Reddit but thought it would be cool to reach out to others on this journey .

Every time I seen Ted Lasso ads or trailers I thought it would be the worst watch I would have . Got sick , decided I’m home for a week , let’s just watch it . I couldn’t turn the damn show off . I even told my wife I loved the show and atmosphere so much we needed to move to the UK . Awesome storytelling , great characters and development….. Can’t wait for the new season !
