Jokes aside, Yeah both of them have red air bikes such as The Red clan and The SIGN DUCK, yeah there were several guntz and hiromi tengenji interactions in Namco x capcom, NO hiromi tengenji did NOT physically appear in the Mr. Driller series(that's what really threw me off with the witneygoluckyWiki which is just fan fiction wiki) however from what I recall correctly, (please correct me if I'm wrong.) hiromi tengenji is a space cadet taking her final exam to become a space fighter, burning force was one of the franchises that's in the U.G.S.F. timeline along with Mr. Driller(big difference),(burning force is a very underrated gem) ( Also I can't get over the fact that hiromi tengenji calls guntz "Guntz-Kun" and guntz being obsessed with bikes in this game had me falling off my chair laughing hysterically)

If guntz is only a spin off klonoa character, it would make sense if guntz have is own standalone game or series.

Ever since both fatal fury City of the wolves is getting season pass 3 and Guilty gear strive is getting Season pass 5

Seeing Klonoa in a fighting game would be so funny that's out of place.

And besides his 30th anniversary is coming up.

Hell even guilty gear and klonoa have been in astro bot together so that might work.

Meme Context: they are basically the equivalent to the smash bros fans and the sonic racing crossworlds fans. there are millions of posts of crying children friendly scrimblo bimblo mascot fans whining about "Where's Mario" "where's sonic?", "where's pacman?", "where's classic megaman?"(even though I wouldn't necessarily call megaman a child friendly mascot, we got megaman x & volnutt in the cross games especially klonoa was in Namco x capcom & was referenced in project X zone 2, pac man is literally on klonoa's hat, are Klonoa megaman x & volnutt NOT good enough for you?)

My thoughts & opinions: There are other iconic/forgotten bamco, sega, capcom (Nintendo) franchises than just sonic & Pac-man, I think it's a great thing that pacman and sonic are NOT in the cross series, even if they were, they pretty much would hog up the spotlight, just like how they hog up all the fame for the past decades. I think Bamco, Sega and capcom are Should focus on other iconic/forgotten/ Underated IPs too(with the exception of megaman, street fighter,DMC, Resident evil, darkstalkers, klonoa, xenosaga, tekken, virtua fighters ect.) too( just like the cross series) than it is with just Milking the Sonic franchise and PAC-MAN franchise dry .

1.the equip-able weapon called the "poison claws" are a reference/Nod to Janga in project x zone 2.

2. The equip-able outfit called the "Mysterious clown outfit" is a reference/Nod to Joka in project x zone 2.

3. Klonoa and guntz were subtly referenced by Chizuru Urashima recalling the events of namco x Capcom.

If there're Any more klonoa references I missed out, let me know.

the whole "only sega characters are free characters" theory is bullshit, I don't care if klonoa and guntz are not from sega, free or paid, I just love to see them in action one way or another.
