​I own a large piece of land in a tourist destination that has been experiencing a significant surge in visitors lately; homestays are consistently full.

​My goal is to build an integrated farm-stay resort. Instead of just a standard hotel or farm stay, I envision an interactive experience where guests stay right on the farm, pick their own fresh vegetables, catch fish from on-site ponds, cook their own meals, and even participate in wine brewing.

​The plan includes:

​Modern horticulture and organic farming

​A fishery setup for recreational angling and fresh food

​Cosy resort cottages for guests

​Where things stand:

I already have the land ready to go. My main bottleneck right now is startup capital for the initial construction and farming setup. Government schemes have been a dead end with all the red tape, so I’m looking for a private investor or co-partner who has capital to deploy and is interested in the agri-tourism space.

Here it goes -

*The Lantern Keeper of Naharlagun*

Every evening at 6pm, Mr Mr. Dorjee would walk the same hill road in Naharlagun with a brass lantern. No electricity reached the last 3 houses on that lane.

People thought he was just being kind. But one rainy night, a young girl got lost coming back from tuition. The power was out. The road was mud and shadows.

She was about to give up when she saw it — a small warm light, bobbing ahead on the hill.

She followed it.

It led her past slippery turns, past the barking dogs, right to her gate.

When she turned to say thank you, the man and the lantern were already gone.

The next day she asked neighbours.

“Oh, that’s just Dorjee kaka. He’s been doing that for 20 years.”

“But... he passed away last winter,” her grandmother said quietly.

That night at 6pm, the girl saw the light again from her window.

Not for her this time. For someone else who was late.

Some lights don’t go out just because the person holding them is gone.

I have been noticing recently that, my sleeping pattern gets quite disturbed whenever I'm about to get my period. Is it normal? Like my period dates are from tomorrow, I'm getting all the signs of my period and can't sleep. It never happened before. Am I overthinking?
