I’ve been told not to cut in most cases but my mid section is very troublesome. I think another 15 pounds off would be very transformative. What BF do I look in these ?

Good genes for vascularity, that’s about it tho..any advice on mid section? I’ve been doing hanging leg raises recently and they’re brutal
