I competed at a local show last night and I heard a lot of negativity coming from the younger ladies towards the older female competitors. Unfortunately, one of these ladies won the overall for the open. I turned to say something to them, but they clammed up.
It is just very disheartening to hear this sort of talk -especially backstage right before someone goes on-when the older competitors go through a competition prep like the younger crowd does. It takes a lot of courage to get on stage, and I think more-so later in life.

Anyone have experience using CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin?
If so, any positive or negative effects?

I placed first in my open class at my show this weekend-woot woot!

So my next goal is to compete for nationals.

I know that I have a year to do so, but is that a full calendar year or is that year to date from the win?
Like do I have to compete at a national show next May 2027, or can I wait until towards the end of 2027 (November or December)? I seriously need to build my glutes.
