i wanna build my career in tech so which choice would be best for me

i jst gave jee main and got 91.49 percentile around 1,30,000 rank according to last year trends, i will get cse in MAIT and Chemical/Civil in DTU so what should i choose, im an ews student and my interest is in majorly tech department but ive seen the average chemical package in dtu is around 11-12lpa but the average package in MAIT cse is around 7 lpa wht should i choose? and im also getting Mechanical/Civil in NIT delhi and Mechanical/Civil in NSUT also which should be my best pick, please guide
