Fish tank flashback
My phone recommended a pic of my tank a few years ago! It was my first aquarium I was around 14. Tank was very busy with platies and guppies 😅

Thoughts on abstract art?
Interested in different people's perspectives and opinions on abstract art and its place in modern society.
I personally like certain abstract styles and artists, like Robert Delaunay, but the abstract art that is flooding most galleries and markets today looks sloppy and ugly, colours that have been lazily strewn across the canvas, meant to symbolise the artists opinions or ideas.
They lack discipline and design, hiding behind the excuse of "this represents my feelings"!
I believe statements of one's opinions and emotions can be made through art don't get me wrong, but not at the expense of visual excellence.
Many artists of the past used symbolism in their work but still put in effort to make it appealing and beautiful, this takes more talent. What annoys me most is that these types of artists expect and even demand to be held in the same regard as creative masters, ones who have put in effort and dedication, who have actually earned the right to have their paintings hung in galleries.

Can I dye linen darker
Bought this dress online and the colour is alot brighter than advised. Love the dress and want to keep it but could I dye it a shade darker red? It's 100% linen

Algae in fish tank
Since putting the heater in the tank's temperature is stable now this is everywhere. Would a catfish help? I was thinking a bristlenosed

Scratch / crack in aquarium glass
Apologies for the pic it's not very clear but the tiny white mark is a small chip on the inside of the tank.
It's an 18gal tank, the chip is towards the top of the tank, as you can see the floating plants are where the water sits. No cracks spreading, it's not very deep but is a weak spot nonetheless.
Should I replace the glass? I've had problems with it leaking but have resolved them by re siliconing it. I would give up on it only it was a very special gift with a lot of sentimental value.
Would Selleys storm sealant work? Because it's on the inside of the tank I can't really glue it up. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

Bought for $450 AUD, ended up exchanging it for two other rings because too many people thought it was fake haha.

Can I use "好きですか" to ask if someone likes doing something? Can I use this outside a romantic setting?
Newish to Japanese, just want to know how to properly use this phrase. For instance can i use it in a sentence asking someone if they like a place?
