Deckers and Imperium Classics Question
Don't like doing posts like this, but I'm in a bit of a dilemma.
So, I tried Deckers a couple of times already, and Jesus, this game is good, like, seriously good.
It's the sort of puzzle that I enjoy just staring at it for 5min just thinking and considering plays. It makes me feel smart, which in this type of game, I'm 100% not that smart (haven't won yet), but damn, it feels good to use your brain like this.
Because of that, I was thinking if I should consider getting Imperium Classics. Now, I know these games have nothing in common, but Imperium has that puzzle going that makes you stop and plan ahead.
I did enjoy Rome: Fate of an Empire (haven't won yet, but it's fun), however... I hated Behold Rome (Nothing against Joe, but that was his only game I didn't enjoy), and I know that Behold Rome is based on Imperium...
That was the reason I haven't bought Imperium yet, but seeing gameplay of it, the game feels easier to play than Behold Rome, which is extremely difficult for me. I feel like I have zero clue what I should be doing all of the time. I assume it's because he tried to compact the game too much into a hand game, but.. I don't know if that's just how Imperium is?!
Should I jump into Imperium? Do you think I might like it?
