What do you guys use as a GPU support?

Hey everyone , kinda new to the game & i’m having a really hard time trying to know the basics of the game. I need some help & assistance on everything if anyone can help or sign me up with their crew as the rookie or something till i fully get it & be a contributing factor to the team.

I was doing my food run to a nearby town then randomly started thinking about my deceased friend who i used to do these kinda runs with. She was the one who introduced me to Kate Bush after watching Stranger Things S4 when it came out, Then, out of nowhere, a Kate Bush song started playing.
For a moment, everything went quiet. It felt too perfect to be a coincidence so I got out of the van , looked up, and just waved “Hey” as to greet her back.
I don’t know if signs are real, but in that moment, it felt like she was checking up on me & letting me know she was still with me playing Stable v1.0 of the game lol. ( REST IN PEACE KELLY 🕊️)
