Good QOL / "Vanilla" Mods in 2026?
My friends and I have been playing multiplayer a lot lately and we appreciate anything that reduces annoyances and friction in the gameplay to focus on the fun parts. We still want the game to mostly play as normal, no new Civs/leaders/units, but with added convenience like better map tacks and being able to clear all notifications with one button (because it's really annoying getting 20 declarations of peace and war every time a city state changes suzerain especially in a team game). We do already use most of the top rated mods on the Steam Workshop but feel free to recommend them anyway for the sake of anyone else who stumbled across this post!
If it makes a difference, we generally play against CPUs so if you do recommend any mods that slightly change the actual gameplay and isn't completely vanilla/QOL I would prefer ones that don't break the AI or I'd appreciate some clarification in your comment if it does
