How do you understand these girls?

So yeah,I had a girl who follows me..so she starts liking my stories (reels about random topics i put on my story) so randomly she initiated the Convo regarding one of it...then i reply...then she take 15-16 hours then sends a reply...I take my time then reply this same thing happens...then she again sends request from her private account...is this some sought of psychological move to make us give attention to them?
