Before getting hired has anyone been interviewed multiple times???

So odd but I just have to ask, I’ve applied at my local store for maybe 3 positions. (Never hired) I’ve been interviewed 8 times.. twice for each position I applied for and then once more for a position I didn’t apply for but they “thought I’d be a good fit” for but again proceeded to not hire me for that position…. It’s the most bizarre thing. I have loads of experience. Not that it matters, cause they hire people with no experience all the time.. so I have no clue why they keep calling me for interviews if there’s something about me they clearly don’t like.

And it’s not that they don’t remember me, they definitely do because every interview they say “welcome back”
Am I being trolled at this point??

Training for pharmacy tech

I was interviewed for pharmacy tech today by the store manager and when I asked about the CphT course, he said that there was no course, they just have to see that I'm competent and they'll "sign off on my license" Is that correct? Am I misunderstanding?.. I thought there was a course and an exam in order to get certified.
