I need help and advice!

Posting for a dear friend: (help him out guys)
27 M,
I’ve been happily married for 5 years now. My wife knows everything about my past except that I was bi in my uni days.
However I have never been in any bi situations ever since our marriage until earlier this year her younger brother (20) has somehow found out about my past and has been trying to blackmail me into doing things with him … I want to tell my wife but I’m just too confused about where to start. I’ve lit had sleepless nights this past month and I’m just done

NEED A LAWYER

Hi everyone,
Posting here to see if any lawyers or firms taking pro bono / reduced-fee matters would be open to offering guidance or representation for a straightforward employment and labor law claim.
Brief context:
Resigned per proper procedures/contract terms, but the ex-employer is illegally withholding my full and final settlement.
During employment, the employer never offered mandatory benefits—no EOBI registration, no Provident Fund/Gratuity, and no life/health insurance.
I have documented evidence (resignation letter, and correspondence).
Questions for the legal community:

  1. Suing for further damages: Under Pakistani labor laws (Payment of Wages Act, Standing Orders Ordinance, etc.), can I claim compensation or statutory penalties beyond just recovering the core salary?
  2. EOBI & Statutory Benefits: Can the employer be forced via court order or complaint to retroactively deposit missing EOBI contributions and pay gratuity/PF equivalents for the tenure served?
  3. Forum: Would this be best routed through the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act / Labour Court, or as a general civil suit for breach of contract / mental agony?
If you are an advocate practicing labor/employment law (or can refer an associate or legal aid firm/NGO handling worker rights cases), please drop a comment or DM me. I would deeply appreciate any leads or advice on the first step.
    Thanks in advance!

Spoke to an existing student

THIS IS A LONG MESSAGE SO IM NOT PASTING THE SCREENSHOTS:

“I’ve seen all these new applicants talking in the WhatsApp groups about the fancy building and “infrastructure” and honestly I really wanted to say something but didn’t, for obvious reasons 😭
They clearly haven’t seen many other universities, because I keep seeing this one message going on about the library and esports room like it’s some out-of-this-world shit 😭 guys pls get your priorities straight and maybe go visit a couple of other university campuses first.
This uni is TINY AF tbh. There are like 2–3 operational floors and everything is just very flashy from the outside, but there isn’t actually that much inside. This summer I was on campus with friends, it rained, and literally all our windows started leaking 💀 Water was getting into the labs and even coming out of the ACs lol. And it’s not even a one-off thing — stuff keeps breaking down, electricity malfunctions are pretty common, and the overall services are honestly subpar.
We literally didn’t even have a cafe on campus for the whole summer. Had to order food from outside every time 😭
And the hostels… bro I’m genuinely not even sure they’re gonna be completed on time 💀 And even if they are, after seeing the quality of things over the past year, I’m kinda scared to imagine what the hostel situation is gonna be like.
Also just remember they’re charging INSANELY high fees. As far as I know, it’s basically only next to LUMS in terms of how expensive it is.
So yeah, the building looking nice and having a library + esports room is cool and all, but maybe look at the actual value you’re getting for that insane fee before getting too impressed by the aesthetics 😭”

Am I making the right choice??

Guys is it a good decision to go to NIT or should I wait till spring and see if I can secure an admission to LSE?
I’m really confused about this uni! There’s no entry test, no interview, hefty af fee structure, and I have read they accept everyone … the ASU thing is attractive but is it gonna be worth it? And will it actually be possible?

Ps. Existing NIT seniors please give your feedback.
