Presentation

Guys i have a presentation next month infront of about 150 people, the problem is ive never really given presentations and i suffer from social anxiety and have a low self confidence even tho i know i'll practice alot when the topic is assigned to me but still it makes me anxious even thinking about it😭

Red Eyes in flash photos

This might sound a bit random but whenever I take pictures with flash, my eyes turn red, this has been happening since childhood. I never really thought of it as much until Recently my mother pointed it out in front of everyone that baki sub ka to nahi horaha to it made me feel a bit conscious cus not doing it khudse😭so my q is Is this normal or is there some reason behind it? Also, is there any way to prevent it? I’ve added pics for reference.
